Overall outstanding food.

Helpful staff, large bar. Very well decorated & huge room, with a separate lounge, a mini bar and a lounge area. Midtown East district definitely deserves your time and attention. Very quick check-in, smooth check-out.

A bit small bathroom.

The hotel was well known, it exceeded high expectations, I greatly enjoyed its comfortable location so close to Top of the Rock and the 6 train and Rockefeller Center. The downstairs bar was excellent and the drinks were hot. Room was bright, and breakfast is complimentary.

Loved service and staff - no complaints whatsoever.

They made my stay good. The room I booked was cleaned and available with 2 double beds, sofas, complimentary afternoon tea. Very traditional hotel in an impressive area not far from the finest shopping, mid-town.
