We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with everything appearing fresh and new. The hotel facilities were wonderful, including a bar stocked with top shelf liquor and a 24-hour room service. The location in the Upper East side was perfect, just a block away from Central Park and in close proximity to the museums, subway, and great restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs without being intrusive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just one block from Central Park and a short walk to 5th Ave. The hotel had a family-friendly atmosphere and was less chaotic than other areas in the city. The staff was extremely helpful and even set up a crib in our room for our small child. The views from the 16th floor were stunning. The hotel had a charming Parisian feel with art-inspired decor. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was amazing!

Everything was spot on.

The staff at the hotel, including the bellman, were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive all throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to shopping and Central Park. The hotel also offered parking and transportation services, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and the staff was attentive to our requests.
